Denver Zoo Offers Free Do At The Zoo Tickets in Signature Drink Naming Contest

Denver Zoo is holding a Facebook contest to name the signature drink of this year's Do At The Zoo fundraiser, Presented by Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, on June 18. The winner will receive TWO, FREE tickets to the event. To enter, participants must "like" the Zoo's Facebook page and submit one name in the comment section of the page's contest post. Names can be based on the cocktail's ingredients, what the drink looks like or even a favorite animal. The contest will run from Wednesday, June 10, until Sunday, June 14. Staff will read over all submissions and choose a winner on Monday, June 15.

The ingredients were provided by Republic National Distributing Co. and the recipe by restaurant group Crafted Concepts, the event's VIP Party caterer:

- 1.5 oz. Svedka Grapefruit Jalapeno vodka

- 0.5 oz. Almond orgeat

- 0.5 oz. Lime juice

- 0.5 oz. Mint simple syrup

- Mint sprig garnish
