DGLCC June Breakfast: The Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act: What it Does for LGBT Rights

Nicholas A Murray and Peter Munger will present at the DGLCC June Breakfast on June 4, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at The Warwick. They will discuss “The Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act: What it Does for LGBT Rights,” CADA, GLBT discrimination in the workplace and in public accommodations, and remedies to discrimination.

Murray is an Associate in the office of Jackson Lewis P.C. and practices primarily in the area of employment litigation, including representing employers against claims alleging discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He is very active in the firm’s class action practice group. He also works with employers on matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

In his spare time, he enjoys backpacking around the globe, running, cycling, hiking and camping with his Weimaraner, Lou.

Munger has practiced labor and employment law in Denver and Atlanta. His practice includes employment litigation - discrimination, breach of contract, drug testing, wrongful discharge, defamation, other employment torts - as well as wage/hour law, workplace safety and health law, and arbitrations. Munger is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
