This has gone on long enough. As of today, both the Birth Certificate Modernization Act and the Ban on Conversion Therapy were killed in the State Senate -- thanks to three Republicans on the State, Veteran, and Military Affairs committee and Senate Republican Leadership. Both of these bills were much more than print on paper. These bills would have immediately improved the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Coloradans, young people, and their families.
In the coming weeks, One Colorado will be launching a campaign to hold Senate leadership accountable this November.
