Opera Colorado Announces Chorus Auditions for 2016-17 Season

Opera Colorado has announced that it will hold chorus auditions for its 2016-2017 season productions of Puccini’s La Fanciulla del West and Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor. Chorus auditions will take place on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Saint John’s Cathedral, located at 1350 Washington St, Denver, CO 80203.

Opera Colorado will audition male voices only, with preference given to tenors. Singers should prepare two selections from the arts song, opera or musical theatre repertoire to perform at the audition. Preferably, one selection should be in a foreign language. Repertoire should be memorized.
