Last year, more than 3,800 men, women and children living with HIV or AIDS were helped through programs and services provided by Denver Colorado AIDS Project (DCAP) and Howard Dental Center. DCAP also provided thousands of HIV & STI tests to those at risk and discarded thousands of needles through the Syringe Exchange Program, Access Point.
