ACLU: Fight Trump's latest attack on LGBT rights

The Trump administration’s assaults on the LGBT community continued through yesterday evening. The Justice Department filed a brief arguing that lesbian, gay, and bisexual people aren’t protected against employment discrimination under the Civil Rights Act. On the heels of Trump’s tweet about banning trans service members from our armed forces, this announcement makes crystal clear that Sessions’ Justice Department and the rest of the Trump administration are actively working to expose LGBT people to discrimination.
