Holidays without music would be like New Year’s without champagne, or even sparkling water! Fortunately, the Lone Tree Arts Center has a socially-distanced solution: A Classical Holiday, a livestream program of holiday favorites performed by string quartet, led by the Colorado Symphony's Phillip Stevens, and including the concert commentary of host Betsy Schwarm. The show will feature selections from Messiah and The Nutcracker, a spirited sleigh ride, a dash of Beethoven à la Christmas, and some Hanukkah music as well. There’ll also be instrumental versions of familiar carols, and you’re welcome to sing along from the comfort of your own home.
