MMAA has announced Dorian Rhea Debussy, Ph.D.
as the Rainbow Shield Facilitator for their next Rainbow Shield Training, November 15-17.
The Rainbow Shield program was created to bridge the gap in culturally resilient services for the LGBTQ+ and HIV+ military and veteran communities. The goal of the Rainbow Shield program is to end negative experiences in service and advocacy settings based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and serostatus for service members, veterans, and their families.
