Lambda Literary, the nation’s leading LGBTQ literary organization, seeks a creative, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative Review Manager to curate, craft, and envision digital content inside the Review and Lambda’s social media channels.

In 2010, Lambda Literary reformatted its time-honored Literary Review (formerly the Lambda Book Report, which began in 1989) into an online platform that celebrates, serves, informs, entertains, and connects the whole of the brilliantly diverse community that creates and LGBTQ literature. After a transformational redesign in 2020, the online Review and affiliated social media platforms now reach over 300K+ visitors annually.
