Rarified Heir Podcast’s 100th Episode & Patreon Launch Today

The Rarified Heir Podcast, hosted by Edie Adams’ son Josh Mills, that asks the question: who better to interview a child of a celebrity than a child of celebrity, celebrates its 100th episode today with Daisy Torme´, daughter of singer Mel Torme´ as guest host. The guest?  Regular host Josh Mills.
 
In celebration of the Rarified Heir Podcast’s 100th episode today,  the podcast launched a tiered subscription membership platform for fans of via Patreon. With a subscription-style payment model, fans pay their favorite creators a monthly amount of their choice in exchange for exclusive access, extra content, or a closer look into their creative journey.
 
“The Rarified Heir Podcast has always been a labor of love so to get to 100 episodes tells me that our fans are as excited about the podcast as I am,” said Josh Mills, host of the Rarified Heir Podcast. “I really want to thank Daisy Torme´ for hosting our landmark 100th episode and turning the tables by interviewing me for a ‘Freaky Friday’ type episode. By launching a Patreon page today, we hope our fans will enjoy an even more personal interaction with the creation of upcoming episodes and help us grow the podcast over the next 100 episodes.”
 
Hosted by Josh Mills, who runs the estate of his late mother, Entertainer Edie Adams as well as that of her first husband, Comedian Ernie Kovacs, the show’s first guest in December 2021 was Carnie Wilson of the musical group Wilson Phillips and daughter of The Beach Boy legend Brian Wilson & Marilyn Wilson-Rutherford of the Honeys. Since that date, the podcast has been a platform for additional children of celebrities to share previously unheard personal insights about their parents, never-before-heard stories about their famous parent(s) and the sometimes weird, sometimes wonderful world of growing up the child of a famous person.
 
Past guests include children of Daisy Torme´ and James Torme´ (Mel Torme´, Janette Scott), Matt Asner (Ed Asner), Richard Pryor (Rain Pryor), George Carlin (Kelly Carlin), Lee Grant (Dinah Manoff), Julius Erving (Jazmine Erving), Jennifer Pentland (Roseanne Barr) & more. Each episode is a fun, funny, bizarre, jaw-dropping, intimate, strange and wonderful look at celebrities by the people that know them best: their very own children.
