Cheap Tricks in Europe from Passport Magazine

With the US dollar tanking on the world currency spectrum, many Americans have indicated that they may just stay close to home this year; but in the August issue of PASSPORT Magazine, writer Leslie Gilbert Elman outlines many ways for the US traveler to spend much less and still feel sophisticated and civilized while traveling in Europe.
