Playing at the Starz Film Center starting on December 3, 'The Universe of Keith Haring' is a thorough and intimate exploration of the background and career of one of the most popular and significant gay artists of the 20th century, Keith Haring, whose boundary-shattering message was that art is for everyone. The film features interviews and archival footage of those closest to him including the entire Haring family and such notables as Yoko Ono, Ann Magnuson, Andy Warhol, Madonna, Kenny Scharf and David LaChapelle.
