Although she has yet to graciously congratulate her opponent, Betsy Markey, on her win, Colorado loser Marilyn Musgrave (pictured) finally made the first public remarks since her defeat a month ago --on a robo-call for Georgia Sen. Chambliss, who unfortunately won his runoff election. She blamed her loss on "leftist special interests" - she probably means all of us gay people who she fought against for so long with her Federal Marriage Amendment.
Oh, and Tim Gill.

Gay people still can't get married in Colorado and now they can't get married in California, either.
So much for the power of "special interest" groups.
Maybe you just lost to a better candidate.
Maybe it had something to do with being one of the most corrupt members of congress.
And maybe it was a little from Column A and a little from Column B.
