Colorado's first openly gay Rep. Jared Polis, D-Colo., along with Arizona state Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, a Democrat who's openly bisexual, both makeTIME magazine's list of 40 people under 40 years old whom they deem "rising stars of American politics."
