Cinephobia Releasing Presents "Sublime": A Remarkable Queer Film Set for North American Release

Cinephobia Releasing is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated release of their inaugural film, "Sublime." This exceptional queer film has received critical acclaim during its successful journey through the global festival circuit, and now, audiences across North America can experience its magic. Starting June 20, the film will be available on various platforms, including DVD, Cable, and Digital VOD services such as Prime Video, Apple TV, Google Play, and Vudu.

"Sublime," set in Argentina, marks the remarkable feature-length debut of writer/director Mariano Biasin and takes audiences on a poignant journey as shy 16-year-old Manuel, portrayed by Martín Miller, discovers his passion for music in a garage rock band alongside his best friend Felipe, played by Teo Inama Chiabrando. Their close bond becomes more intense with their musical pursuits, but strains arise when Felipe starts dating a girl. Meanwhile, Manuel navigates his own romantic experiences with a female classmate, all the while grappling with suppressed feelings for Felipe.
