After a three game road trip, the Rapids are set to host their first home game in almost a month as Landon Donovan and the rest of the Los Angeles Galaxy come to town this Saturday night at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Kickoff is set for 7:30pm this Saturday night, and the Rapids will be looking to go a perfect 3-0-0 vs. LA this month.

Rapids take on MLS champs this Saturday

Fresh off their 3-2 road win over LA on Saturday, the Rapids travel to Ohio this Saturday to face off against the defending MLS Champion Columbus Crew for the first time this season. Kickoff is set for 5:30pm MT and the game will be televised live in Colorado on Altitude-2.

Rapids to LA (and David Beckham) this Saturday

The Colorado Rapids travel to Los Angeles this Saturday to face off against the Galaxy - and David Beckham (enjoy pic below) - in the first of three matches this month between the two clubs. Kickoff is set for 8:30pm this Saturday, and the match will be televised on the MLS Direct Kick package.

Rapids host Mexico vs. Bolivia tomorrow night

It's the first event of 2009 at Dick's Sporting Goods Park as your Rapids host a huge international match tomorrow night at the stadium. The Mexican Men's National Team kick off against Bolivia at 7 p.m. tomorrow.

All 2009 Rapids Home Games Now Available!

Single game tickets for all Rapids home games during the 2009 season at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park went on sale yesterday at 10am! Single game ticket prices start at just $12 for all Rapids home games.

Select games, such as the Rapids' home opener versus the Kansas City Wizards on March 28 and the club's 14th annual 4th of July game versus the Chicago Fire, are anticipated to sell quickly, so fans are encouraged to act right away to secure seats for the games they want. USA versus Mexico

It's the biggest sporting event of the year so far - tonight at 5 p.m . it's the long-awaited Border War World Cup Qualifier between the USA and Mexico.

Join the Rapids and Colorado's most passionate soccer fans at the official viewing party at Fado Irish Pub.

The event is free to attend, there are drink specials for fans who show up in their USA or Rapids jersey, and free live music after the game.

Rapids see season end in final minute

The Rapids' season ended with a 1-1 draw against Real Salt Lake that knocked Colorado out of playoff contention on Saturday night in front of 16,047 fans at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. This marks the first time in the club's 13-year history that they will miss the postseason in back-to-back seasons.

Coming into the game, Salt Lake held a two-point advantage over the Rapids, meaning the home team needed a win to advance to the playoffs. It looked like they would move on for most of the match, as Colorado were the aggressors and had many chances, compared to a relative few for Salt Lake. Rapids host New England

Rapids host another Eastern Conference powerhouse this Saturday night as Taylor Twellman and the New England Revolution make their only visit to Colorado this season! The Rapids are looking to make it three wins in a row and complete a season sweep of the Revolution at Dick's Sporting Goods Park this Saturday in their push toward the playoffs. Kickoff is 7 p.m.

Colorado Rapids 1st Annual Poker Tournament

The Colorado Rapids, in conjunction with the Denver Poker Tour, are pleased to announce the 1st annual Rapids Poker Tournament at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. This inaugural event will feature a No-Limit, Texas Hold-Em format for a maximum of 220 players and will take place Sunday, September 14th in combination with the Rapids match versus the Chicago Fire.

The tournament is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. and will run through the completion of the Rapids match. There is no entry fee required to participate, however, a suggested donation of $20 to the Colorado Rapids Community Care Foundation will be accepted upon entry to the stadium that day. All participants will be given a complimentary ticket for the Rapids game and additional tickets for families and friends will be available at a discounted rate. This game is expected to sell out so we strongly recommend that additional ticket purchases be made in advance of the event.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers including autographed Rapids memorabilia, a luxury suite night for the winner and 15 guests, free 2009 Rapids season tickets and more!
