Graham Norton reprimanded for lesbian joke/insult

A warning issued by the BBC to out British TV host Graham Norton that a lesbian-themed joke "reinforced a potentially offensive stereotype" has prompted this look at whether such jokes by some gay men toward lesbians has made the LGBT community less cohesive and prompted some gay women to refrain from taking part in LGBT initiatives.
