Jobs: Project Therapist for Mile High Meth Project

The Mile High Meth Project a program of ELEMENT supported by The Council on Substance Abuse and Mental Health is seeking a qualified Substance Abuse Counselor/Therapist as the Project Therapist for the Mile High Meth Project. This individual will be responsible for the management of the M.H.M.P and participants. Knowledge and work related experience of Gay men and Gay culture and other related health issues such as HIV/AIDS, is required. Candidate should have a degree in human services and a CAC II or equivalent licensure. Please send cover letter, resume, and references to jobs@milehighcouncil.org.

Colorado's gotten methy


The Denver Post and the Rocky Mountain News recently ran stories on the prevalence of meth use in Colorado.

I hadn't heard anything about it in awhile and would have assumed meth use was down.

Guess I was wrong.
