Will age influence Supreme Court's marriage decisions?

Attorney David Boies (pictured), who this month will argue in front of the Supreme Court that California’s Proposition 8 is unconstitutional, said he fears the advanced age of some of the Court’s justices could work against him. 

Older justices grew up in a time of "extreme hostility to homosexuals," Boies said, which could make it harder for them to put aside their own biases. Boies will argue alongside conservative lawyer Theodore Olson, with whom he brought the lawsuit.
