Calling all hot guys! Want to be the new face of Andrew Christian underwear?

Underwear guru and fashion designer Andrew Christian (left) is taking a brand new approach to find the new face of Andrew Christian for 2010. Christian is taking to the streets, going directly to the ones who created the brand into what it is today, allowing fans to have a say in who they want to see representing the brand next year. Starting this weekend, Andrew Christian embarks on a season long tour hitting various cities across the US trying to find his new model.

Starting this past Friday, September 25th in Detroit, MI and ending in December in Cincinnati, OH; Andrew Christian takes a cross country trip looking for the perfect person to work his brand next year. Potential models can sign up at the venue, before Andrew's arrival, and when Andrew arrives, the contestants will then have to model in a pair of Andrew Christian underwear and go through a few physical and mental tests to see if they have what it takes. The audience at each venue will also help Andrew by narrowing down the pool of contestants in various ways. The individual city winner receives a $200 gift certificate to AndrewChristian.com and is entered into the finals, which will take place early next year, where the winner of the finals get the opportunity to star in a photo shoot with Andrew at his personal design studio and warehouse in Los Angeles, CA

"There are so many potentially hot models out there, especially in cities that aren't big, and if given the chance, they could be as good, if not better, than those polished Hollywood models," says designer Andrew Christian. "I am tired of going through agencies and getting the same type of model, I want something else, something different, so I am going out and looking for it. I can't tell you how many guys I meet that have what it takes to model, and I want to give them the chance now."

Right now, he's not planning any stops in Denver but you can check out his itinerary here.

In honor of June which is LGBTQ Pride Month, the 2009 GreatNonprofits Pride Choice Awards will recognize the top-rated LGBTQ nonprofits. The contest asks people to write reviews of LGBTQ nonprofits they have had an experience with. Faces of Hunger photo contest

Nearly 600,000 people in Colorado live with the reality of hunger. Food Bank of the Rockies’ blog, http://www.frontlinesofhunger.blogspot.com/, profiles faces of our hungry neighbors. There are SO many more faces and stories that deserve to be seen and told. FBR & Denver Magazine have partnered to give local photography lovers the opportunity to give more faces of hunger visibility and to learn, first-hand, the reality of a problem taking place in our own backyard.

Details after the jump.

* Photographers, amatuer and professional....use your artistic abilities to profile an individual or family struggling with hunger in Colorado and submit your photos and application for judging.

* Only 12% of those served by FBR agencies are homeless. The face of hunger could be your neighbor, your mechanic, a fellow student... Go out and meet real people dealing with hunger. Ask for their story. FBR works with over 700 hunger relief agencies. If you need referrals for locations, let us know.

* Submissions judged by a panel of Channel 2’s Natalie Tysdal, Mayor Hickenlooper, Kevin Seggelke, CEO of Food Bank of the Rockies, professional photographers and Denver Magazine’s CEO & Publisher, Michael Ledwitz.

* Top 50 entries featured at a Fat Tail Gallery event on September 2, 2009. Winning entries under both categories to be featured in Denver Magazine and will receive exclusive prize packages. Top entries featured on http://www.frontlinesofhunger.blogspot.com/ and will receive complimentary subscriptions to Denver Magazine.
