Director G.B. Hajim’s critically-acclaimed animated lesbian science fiction rock musical STRANGE FRAME debuts on DVD March 19th from Wolfe Video and will be available early across all digital platforms on February 5th. The gorgeous animated sci-fi story explores the theme of the transformative power of love between two women. Dramatically rendered in rich, colorful animation, the film brings viewers into a world of space pirates, indentured slaves and genetic mutations — infused with music throughout, to create a dreamlike tale unlike anything they’ve ever seen.
The all-star voice cast includes Tim Curry (The Rocky Horror Picture Show), Claudia Black (TV’s “Stargate SG-1,” “90210”), Ron Glass (TV’s “Firefly,” “Barney Miller”), Juliet Landau (TV’s “Green Lantern: The Animated Series”), Tara Strong (TV’s “Ultimate Spider-Man,” “My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic”), George Takei (Star Trek franchise), Cree Summer (TV’s “The Spectacular Spider-Man,” “A Different World”), Claudia Christian (TV’s “Babylon 5”) and Dawnn Lewis (TV’s “Futurama,” “A Different World”). The VD comes loaded with bonus features, including two behind-the-scenes featurettes: “Claudia Black: On Strange Frame, Sex Scenes and Sci-Fi” and “In the Studio with Claudia Black, Tara Strong, Ron Glass, Cree Summer, Juliet Landau, Michael Dorn and George Takei,” as well as a deleted scene.
After its world premiere at Sci-Fi London: The International Festival of Science Fiction and Fantastic Film, it won the “Best Feature Film” award at the 2012 Dragon Con.

Who Would You Do? George Takei versus Jon Gosselin
Gay icon George Takei will be portraying reality TV star Jon Gosselin in an upcoming 'Jon and Kate Plus Eight' parody with Kathy Griffin.
Takei first earned fame as Lt. Sulu, part of the crew of the Enterprise on 'Star Trek' in the '60s, and enjoyed a resurgence of popularity when he came out as gay in his autobiography in 2005.
Gosselin was first known as the doormat husband of his shrewish wife Kate on the TLC reality show 'Jon and Kate Plus Eight' but is now regularly trashed in the blogosphere as a "douche".
They're both good-looking fellas but which is the one you like to explore strange new worlds with and boldy go where no man has gone before (at least in the case of Jon)?
Who would you do?
Check out some more pics of both guys after the jump.

Kathy Griffin as Kate Gosselin
Kathy Griffin donned a bikini and an abominable wig to play Kate Gosselin in an upcoming spoof of 'Jon and Kate Plus Eight' co-starring gay icon George Takei!
Sounds like some must-see TV to me.
BTW, is Kathy looking fit as a fiddle or what?
