The men of Magic Mike come out for world premiere

Check out photos from the world premiere of MAGIC MIKE, which took place last night at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live as the closing-night selection of the Los Angeles Film Festival.  In attendance were stars Channing Tatum, Matthew McConaughey, Alex Pettyfer, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, Adam Rodriguez, Olivia Munn, Cody Horn and director Steven Soderbergh.

Warner Bros. Pictures will release MAGIC MIKE in theaters nationwide this Friday, June 29th.

It’s raining men this June! Channing Tatum is bringing sexy back this summer in Warner Bros. sizzling new film MAGIC MIKE.

The film also stars Matthew McConaughey as the strip club owner and Alex Pettyfer as a newbie to the profession.

First Look: The Official Magic Mike Trailer

A dramatic comedy set in the world of male strippers, MAGIC MIKE is directed by Academy Award® winning director Steven Soderbergh (Traffic) and stars Channing Tatum in a story inspired by his real life experiences as a stripper (link NSFW).

The film follows Mike (Tatum) as he takes a young dancer called The Kid (Alex Pettyfer) under his wing and schools him in the fine arts of partying, picking up women, and making easy money. Soderbergh directed the film from a screenplay by Reid Carolin. MAGIC MIKE is produced by Nick Wechsler, Gregory Jacobs, Channing Tatum and Carolin. The film stars Channing Tatum (Haywire), Alex Pettyfer (I Am Number Four), Matthew McConaughey (The Lincoln Lawyer), Matt Bomer (“White Collar”), Joe Mangianello (“True Blood”), Olivia Munn (I Don’t Know How She Does It), Riley Keough (The Runaways), Cody Horn (“Rescue Me”), and Adam Rodriguez (“CSI: Miami”).

Slated to open June 29, 2012, the film will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.
