Date Night: Swan Lake

Colorado Ballet celebrates its 48th season of bringing world-class quality dance to Denver and to the state with a perfect date night in Swan Lake. This classical ballet features an evil curse, a treacherous foe, love, magic and mystery with Tchaikovsky's majestic music to make the entire performance soar.

Buy two tickets for only $109.00 to see SWAN LAKE and enjoy parking at the Curtis Hotel and dinner for two at The Corner Office Restaurant on the night of the performance. The Corner Office Restaurant is located at 1401 Curtis Street in Denver. As a courtesy, The Corner Office will call to confirm your reservation time. You will receive a dinner voucher along with your performance ticket which must be presented at The Corner Office to receive special offer.

Ballet with a belly

I’m not the biggest ballet fan (okay, I’m not really a ballet fan at all – except I kinda like the tights), and I’m not sure whether or not I’ll be lured to attend by this guy in a tutu with a wreath in his hair, but ya gotta admire Colorado Ballet for thinking outside the box.

They’re trying to get more average guys to take a chance on the dance, and they’re doing it with their new “mascot,” Ballet Bob.

All I can say is look out, Bob. They’re still using that trans-panic defense in Greeley.
