Take the Denver gay men's health survey: Syphilis

There's a Fap for that: FapMapper

At long last, proud masturbators and public sex act aficionados have a fully functional utility with which to document their sexual exploits; FapMapper.com is out of ‘mastur-beta’ and ready for primetime.

Compatible with desktop computers, as well as the iPhone, Droid, Palm Pre and other web-capable mobile devices, FapMapper quickly picked up a relatively small but dedicated member base after its beta launch in September.

“We’ve had hundreds of users putting the FapMapper through its paces and submitting suggestions for a couple months now, and we’re finally ready to unveil the official web app,” said Kim Kysar, brand and product manager for Pink Visual, the porn studio behind FapMapper.com. “It’s very gratifying to see this important tool for sexual self-expression ready for widespread use at last.”

Check it out, but be warned, you may learn more about your neighbor’s masturbation habits than you ever wanted to know. Take a peek at the Denver FapMap below.

What year is it again? Look what a Georgia county just banned

This is how lawmakers spend their time in 2010?

Wow.

A county in Georgia recently banned the sale of "any device designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs."

That includes stuff like ribbed condoms, btw.

I'm just sayin', is all

It doesn't look like much but the KegelPad is a new, resistance-based “Kegel” exercise pad for men, which can substantially improve circulation and muscle mass to a man’s pelvic floor muscles, resulting in better pelvic floor health, prostate issue prevention, improved incontinence control, and revitalized sexual enjoyment.

“Kegels” are a common pelvic floor muscular exercise, typically targeted for women. This simple, non-invasive exercise pad is specifically designed for men to target the “pubococcygeus” muscles (commonly known as the “PC” muscles) which are a series of sling-like muscles that extend from the pubic bone to the tail bone. These muscles are responsible for several functions, including supporting the pelvic floor organs, holding back the urine stream, and for supporting sexual function.

For a variety of reasons – surgery, health issues, or simply age – the PC muscles can lose their elasticity over time, resulting in loss of bladder control, sexual confidence, or erectile dysfunction. The KegelPad exercise works the pelvic floor muscles – just like a normal flexing exercise – and can improve bladder control issues, benefit prostate health, and increase sexual prowess.

Find out more after the jump.

Kegel exercises were developed by Dr. Arnold Kegel, a Los Angeles gynecologist who, in the mid 1940’s, pioneered the methods of vaginal resistance exercises for post-childbirth women. Subsequently, he created a bio-feedback device which helped measure the exercise’s resistance and progress more effectively. Like traditional muscular exercise, Dr. Kegel found that adding resistance to these exercises greatly improved blood circulation, built muscle tissue faster, and restored muscle rigidity. The KegelPad is the first product of its kind, designed to add optimum resistance to these exercises to improve men’s overall pelvic health.

A healthy PC muscle may also contribute to a healthier prostate in men, perhaps even acting as a preventative exercise to potential issues later in life, such as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH).

Performing KegelPad exercises are the same as any workout in the gym. The results are the same when adding resistance to muscular exercise – circulation is increased to supply the muscle tissues with oxygen, resulting in a stronger muscle. In a sense, KegelPad exercises are like doing push-ups for a man’s PC muscle. And just like any muscular exercise routine, results can be noticed after several weeks.

Most major hospitals also identify the benefits of Kegel exercise for men on their websites. Visitors to the KegelPad website will find convenient links to the “Top-100 Hospital Honor Roll” as reported annually by U.S. News and World Report.

KegelPad exercises are essentially a proactive approach to men’s pelvic health issues. Considering the overall importance of the PC muscle for pelvic floor and sexual vitality, it can make sense to spend a small amount of time each day, exercising a muscle that will give men such a healthy return.

For more information, visit the KegelPad website at www.KegelPad.com.

Denver school educates students about sex and sexuality the right way

Cheers for Denver's Odyssey School for actually educating kids about GLBT people--especially in 7th grade, when kids are at their cruelest.

But Focus on the Family's "gender issues analyst," Jeff Johnston, thinks it's a bad idea, because it might steer someone toward homosexuality--like Mr. Johnston himself, who admits growing up with same-sex attractions.

No, Mr. Johnston, this will not steer kids toward homosexuality. It wouldn't have steered YOU toward homosexuality. You were already there. It's too bad you can't admit it now. Your life must be pretty unhappy.

It's ok to be gay.

Remember to always practice safer sex

Ugh, this story makes my testicles crawl up into my stomach.

So this guy puts a sex toy over a saber saw blade and then uses it on his partner. A saber saw is a power tool. The blade moves up and down. In the dumbest move of her life, the woman apparently agreed to this nonsense. Of course, the saw cut through the sex toy--and you can guess the rest.

Anyway, this gives a whole new meaning to the term "safer sex." "Safer sex" is when you don't use a saw. "Saber sex" is when you do. And if you want to stay really safe, try "cyber sex."
